Meet the Team

Cathy Giacin

As the Chief Executive Officer of Professional Commercial Interiors (PCI), Cathy brings an extensive background in construction, executive management and business development to the company.  Her primary role with PCI focuses on strategic direction of the company as well as significant customer relationship development.

In addition to PCI, Cathy is the current Executive Director of the Bi-State Fabricators Association.  Additionally, she has held roles including, Executive Assistant to the President of a local electrical contractor, and District Leader-Direct Sales managing 6 team leaders and 40 direct sales employees.


Steve Giacin

Steve brings 36+ years of construction, construction management, operations, financial and executive level experience to the Professional Commercial Interiors team. Steve is currently President and COO of Professional Installers.

Before joining PI, Steve most recently was the Vice President, Division General Manager for a national electrical contracting firm overseeing its Colorado operation which included $35 million of P/L responsibility. Prior to that he was President of St. Louis based Kaiser Electric from 2008-2014. He has also served as the President of the American Subcontractors Association-Midwest Council.


Aubrey Kimberling

Aubrey founded Professional Installers, Inc.(PI) in 1984 and has grown the company into one of the largest installation and storage companies in the Midwest.

Prior to founding Professional Installers, Inc., Aubrey spent six years at Monsanto as a facility planner. During his tenure at Monsanto, Aubrey saw a need for furniture installation within his own department and recognized a larger opportunity as systems furniture became prevalent throughout the corporate world. Starting PI in his garage, he began by hiring friends from high school and college, working nights and weekends to get the fledgling business off the ground. As the business began to grow, Aubrey joined the furniture industry with a local Steelcase dealer. Pi became the installation arm of the dealership and the growth continued. In the early 90’s, Professional Installers, Inc. spun off and became its own entity. PI is currently in its 33rd year of operation and employs approximately 50 project managers, administrative staff, and field carpenters and laborers.


Scott Graham

Scott began his carpenter apprenticeship in 1985. In 1986 he began a 31-year run with Color Art Integrated Interiors as a union carpenter. During that time, he filled a variety of roles, installer, foremen, estimator/scheduler, field installation supervisor and project manager. Scott brings 32+ years of construction and interiors experience to PCI.


AJ Ford

With nearly 30 years in the marketing and advertising industry, AJ has worked for Fortune 100 companies, advertising agencies, contracting companies and currently owns his own CMO-For-Hire company.  His current clients include many specialty construction firms, gun range/gun store, a tactical gear e-commerce company, hair salon, insurance provider, fashion boutique, medical and dental practices.  

Prior to starting his own firm, he was the Vice President of Marketing for a specialty subcontractor for 10 years.  He has served on the Board of Directors and Officer roles, including President, of the American Subcontractors Association-Midwest Council.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of the Ozarks and chairs the Marketing Committee.
